..playin' in the park..

dear finn,

we are so lucky that we live so close to a wonderful park. it is only a quarter mile or so away...perfect for an afternoon walk. :) since the weather has been so incredibly nice lately, i decided it was time to get out and go to the park. i'm actually a little ashamed we haven't been until now....you absolutely loved it! i figured you'd like the swings, since you were such a fan of your swing as a baby. i guess i didn't realize just how much you'd like it. we were there for a good half hour, and every time i tried to take you out of the swing, you'd yell at me. haha oh baby finn, such a funny little guy.

we went to the park twice today. once in the afternoon and once later at night after dad got home from work. he loved pushing you in the swing, while i made funny faces to get you to smile. you are just too cute for words. :) i look forward to many more park play dates in the future. it's the perfect place to get out when we are feeling stir crazy.
