..first st. patty's day..

dear finn,

every year on march 17th, we celebrate st. patrick's day. i am not quite sure the history behind it, and feeling too lazy to look it up, so we will just go over that when you're a little older and able to understand, okay? :) anyway, this year our st. patty's day was quite uneventful. dad is out of town, and i forgot to request the leprechaun make a stop by our house, so nothing special occurred. :( sorry finn, i really dropped the ball. at least i got you this cute green/white shirt so that no one would pinch you today! lol, you sure look cute in it.

as far as the day goes, you spent it mostly with grandma! it sounds like you two had a wonderful time together. while i went shopping with our new neighbor, jessica, you and grandma stayed home and played....she took you to the park, then you came home and napped. grandma had so much fun watching you, as she does every time. she just loves you!

i will try to make next year's st. patrick's day a bit more eventful, mmm k? love ya!
