today we took you on your first hike, and let me just tell you...you LOVED it! daddy carried you in the baby bjorn, which you didn't seem to mind at all even though your head is still a little bit of a bobble head. actually, not being able to hold your head up completely may have worked to your advantage because your neck just rested back on the carrier and you stared up at the big huge trees and pretty blue sky the whole entire time! well, up until you fell asleep, that is. the hike we took was short, but very beautiful, and we are hoping to make a habit out of going on a hike once or twice a week. now that we know how much you loved it we really have no excuse!
