for a few weeks now we have been able to tell that you were getting very close to smiling. you would just get this sparkle in your eyes and a look on your face like you were considering it, but then decided you'd make us wait! all of your little friends started smiling around 5 weeks so i thought you for sure would too...but nope! finally this past weekend we saw some smiles, mostly while you were talkin' to your "friends" on your playmat. it wasn't until today that i was finally able to get a picture of that adorable smile! hopefully this is one of many many more to come!
